EXPERIENCE

Pat Bieneman has been with Sunstar Realty’s Englewood office since moving here from Bellevue, Washington in 2005. She received her Florida Broker’s license in 2009. During the 1970’s and early 1980’s, Pat spent ten years with Seattle-First National Bank serving as a member of the bank’s management team in both consumer and commercial lending areas. She spent the rest of the 1980’s in sales with Champion Products and Services, a product fundraising distribution business. In 1990, Pat and her husband Peter started up their own fundraising business, Elliott Bay Fundraising Services, Inc., in Redmond, WA, which they successfully operated until 2005 when they moved to Florida. Pat managed the operations of all facets of the business and was also very active in sales and marketing. She has been very active in the Englewood REALTOR® community, serving as a Director of the Englewood Area Board of REALTORS® and as Vice President of the Englewood on the Gulf Chapter of Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She lives with her husband Peter and two kitties on Palm Island, a barrier island off of the Cape Haze Peninsula, and walks the beach every morning at dawn.
